Bring Your Vision to Life in Three Steps.

Here’s how the WCR Luxury Spec Home Program works, at a glance.

1. Explore our current spec home builds and step into the project.

Once you find the perfect home plan currently being developed, you'll formally enter the project and alleviate the current owners of their position. You’ll step in just as you would if you'd bought the lot and built a custom home from scratch.

2. Make your selections and customize the space.

Work with our design partners to bring your vision to life inside and outside the home. We can help you plan and execute even the finest details to make your home absolutely perfect.

3. Walkthrough, move in, and fine-tune as you get on with living your best life.

Once the build is complete, we’ll host a detailed walkthrough supported by a two-year general warranty and ten-year structural warranty so you've got peace of mind that your home is of the highest quality. As you settle in, we'll return every six months over the next two years to conduct additional walkthroughs and address any details that need to be adjusted based on how you live in the space.
